Another new project J&G is excited about is The
Summit, a condominium project located on a hill
on the northern edge of the city. Buyers can choose
a two-storey unit with a second-floor deck or a
bungalow with walkout. The two-storey units are
about 1,500 square feet, with three bedrooms, two
baths and an attached garage. The bungalows are
slightly smaller, at about 1,200 square feet, with a
choice of two or three bedrooms and baths.
Each unit will feature a stylish, built-in banquette
in the kitchen area, with a custom-built table that
looks great and saves valuable space. But one of
The Summit's most appealing aspects is the view it
offers. Exit the bungalow's walkout basement or step
onto the deck of the two-storey unit and you get a
spectacular view of the entire city.
"Once somebody goes and walks on that deck you
overlook all of the city, with the trees and the river
and everything else," she says. "That's going to be
one of its biggest selling features."
