The Qualico company's Parade entries are based on standard plans, and
show some of the available upgrades and room configurations. For example,
its Monticello model on Red Sky Drive in Sage Creek was built with an 18-
foot ceiling in the great room, but buyers can choose to use the space as a
second-floor loft or fourth bedroom. There are two versions of the master
ensuite, and options for a covered front porch and finished basement.
Most buyers visit Qualico's design centre to select colours and finishes, but
shoppers who are quick off the mark can buy a show home as is.
