Along with stunning housing and condo developments, gorgeous green space and quick
access to St. Vital Centre and the Winnipeg Blue
Bombers��� new Investors Group Field, the area
affords easy access to major highways for commuters.
It���s no wonder 25 to 30 per cent of the city���s
building permits are going to the area east of
the Red River and south of Dugald Road.

Oxbow on the Seine, Royalwood Estates townhomes and The Oaks Condominiums, just
