"The area is really exciting because it
offers so much choice for consumers right
now," says Hilton Homes' Spencer Curtis.
"Developers are always one-upping
one another and consumers are the
beneficiaries of that. Ladco was probably
the leader in that when they first
developed Royalwood years ago."
One of nine builders for Prairie Pointe,
Hilton Homes has two Parade of
