42 Your Guide to Investors Group Field PARKING GUIDE NEW RUNNING BACK SHUTTLE SERVICE • Transit buses will make multiple rounds near Booster parking lots before and after games • The Shuttle will make three northbound stops along Pembina at Markham, Thatcher and University Crescent - ervice starts 90 minutes S before game time - ans will be dropped off F at the main entrance to Investors Group Field • Shuttle is free with game-day ticket PARK & RIDE PLUS NEW "BLUE & GOLD EXPRESS" • City-wide Park & Ride locations with service starting 90 minutes prior to kick off • New Blue & Gold Express runs every 10 minutes with last trip arriving about 20 minutes before kick off • Drop-off and pick-up in front of Investors Group Field • Loops through neighbourhoods in West Kildonan, North & East Kildonan, Transcona, St. Boniface, Windsor Park, Southdale, Island Lakes, St. Vital, St. James and River Heights • Two buses per route will make multiple trips from the neighbourhoods to the stadium • Both services free with game day ticket • Proudly supported by Manitoba Public Insurance HANDI-TRANSIT & ACCESSIBLE PARKING • Regular, city-wide transit service free Continued from page 41 EXPANDED FAN FARE SERVICE • For fans using Handi-Transit services, with game day ticket • Extra buses on new University Super Express (Route 161) will run from downtown non-stop to Investors Group Field via the Southwest Rapid Transit Corridor • Service starts two hours prior to kick off • Drop off/pick up in front of Investors Group Field convenient drop-off and pick-up points will be situated on westbound Chancellor Matheson Road adjacent to the transit terminal • Fans can access stadium through southwest doors while Handi-Transit vehicles will be allowed to wait in the driveway of old Bison Stadium on westbound Chancellor Matheson Road • 185 designated disabled parking spots in EXPANDED BIKE VALET PROGRAM • Secure, monitored parking for 400 bicycles offered through Bicycle Valet Winnipeg and proudly supported by Manitoba Public Insurance • Free of charge and perfect for environmentally- and fitness-conscious fans • Located by the north gate of Investors Group Field • O verflow bike racks are located around campus and stadium perimeter but not monitored RESTRICTED PARKING & ACCESS • Parking and access restrictions will be in effect around the new stadium to help minimize disruption for neighbours • Parking will be restricted in University Heights and Fort Richmond along all major streets leading into the stadium and in university lots reserved for staff and students • Signage and game day attendants and security will help direct traffic • Vehicles will be ticketed and towed if they are parked in restricted zones, bus lanes or if blocking driveways U Lot and other designated areas for fans who request them.
