34 Your Guide to Investors Group Field CANTIVEROS A GREAT AMBASSADOR It's not every day you come across a fan willing to organize bus excursions to get fans to Blue Bomber home games, but Ron Cantiveros isn't your every-day fan. 'I AM BEYOND EXCITED TO SEE THE BOMBERS IN THE NEW STADIUM.' A 12-year season ticket holder and a great ambassador for his favourite CFL team, Cantiveros can hardly wait to share in the game-day experience at Investors Group Field and he isn't shy about spreading the word. Ron Cantiveros (far right) celebrates with his Blue Bomber friends. "I am beyond excited to see the Bombers in the new stadium," he said. "I had the chance to preview it a few weeks ago and it is so impressive. I have been to many other stadiums across the CFL but I think ours has all of the others beaten." Although Cantiveros said he has great memories at the old stadium, he is looking forward to building new ones Go Blue! at the much larger and well-designed Investors Group Field. "The design brings the fans closer to the field, which makes the experience a lot more intimate. Even the concourse is designed in a way that you can order a hot dog yet still be able to watch the game. You can't do that at BC Place or Montreal's Olympic Stadium."
