UCN.CA Amy Tuckett-McGimpsey of Women's Health Clinic explained that the organization usually spends about $120,000 per year to give out free birth control, but prices have increased during the pandemic. The annual fundraiser helps offset these costs while also offering an evening that sparks enjoyment and connection.
