The top of your computer screen should be eye level.
Elbows and legs are best when bent at 90 degrees,
with feet flat on the ground. Choose adjustable
chairs. And adjustable laptop stands and lumbar
supports work well, too.

ADAPT TO THE ELEMENTS
While often serene, the outdoors also brings
challenges. Be prepared for a Manitoba summer.
Have an umbrella. Use a glare screen on your
laptop. Keep paper weights handy. And that
coffee needs a bug-resistant travel mug.
