Grandeur homes range in
size from small, single units
to houses as large as 2,300
square feet. Customers can
choose from a range of styles
and configurations and there's
a long list of customizable
options, including vinyl drywall,
vinyl plank flooring, custom
showers, designer kitchen
backsplashes, granite or quartz
countertops, and a wide
variety of kitchen cabinetry.
"Pretty much any option you
can get in a site-built home,
we can offer it as well,"
Warms says.
Modern homeowners also
appreciate the fact that
modular homes produce a
significantly smaller carbon
footprint than site-built homes.
"When we optimize our
lumber, we're not just
optimizing for one home. In
our one line right now, we
have 17 units that are under
construction. When we're
cutting wood, we can look
and see where can we use the
remaining wood," he says.
"We eliminate a lot of waste
that way."
