>> GRANDEUR HOUSING is hardly a newcomer
when it comes to home construction. The Winkler-based
company has built thousands of modular homes since it
was founded in 1976 — including the province's first net-
zero modular home.
The house — dubbed the Humble Perfection model —
was the winner in the Modular Innovation category at the
Canadian Home Builders' Association's 2021 National
Awards for Housing Excellence.
