with hours that are convenient for visiting
multiple sites, most show homes are open
year-round.
If you're interested in a particular home

to find information about show-home
locations any time.
EXPLORING NEW SHOW HOMES IS ALWAYS A POPULAR PURSUIT DURING THE MANITOBA
HOME BUILDERS' ASSOCIATION'S PARADE OF HOMES. WHETHER OR NOT THEY'RE IN
THE MARKET FOR A NEW HOME RIGHT NOW, MANITOBANS LOVE TO SEE WHAT'S NEW
IN DESIGN AND DECOR. BUILDERS PUT THEIR BEST FOOT FORWARD FOR THE SPRING
AND FALL PARADES, AND THERE'S ALSO PLENTY TO SEE IN WINTER AND SUMMER.
Often, show homes are open at specified hours
on weekends and some weekday evenings, but
they're also available for viewing by appointment.
Many builders have additional show homes that
are not entered in the Parade, and in newer
neighbourhoods, you may be able to see several
homes on the same block. Chances are you'll be
able to check out photos or even take a virtual tour
online before you head for the door.
