Keep your ears open for news about
new townhome condominiums
StreetSide Developments is building
in Aurora at North Point. They're
modelled on a floorplan that was
extremely popular at Amber Grove
near the tail end of development at
Genstar's Amber Trails.
Ladco has the distinction of having
developed Winnipeg's first master-
planned community in the 1950s, and it
was the first to incorporate naturalized
wetlands almost 20 years ago.
