"A lot of people aren't using their
bathtubs. This was a great way to
ensure you have a beautiful walk-in
shower," MacTavish says.
Naturally, the primary bedroom has a
walk-in closet, and a little hallway off
the closet and en suite provide a bit
of separation from the two secondary
bedrooms.
With 10-foot ceilings in the main
living areas, distinct private zones
and windows on all four sides, the
entire house has a comfortably airy
ambience.
"It's just a really well thought-out
house," MacTavish says, crediting the
Foxridge drafting team.
"It's very user-friendly and spacious. It's
not a huge house but adding in those
features maximizes the space."
