"Pollinators make sure we have higher quality
fruits and vegetables and greater diversity in our
diets, and the native pollinators in particular are
critical for making sure all of the flowering plants
that exist in prairies and forests can survive and
thrive."
Nearly all flowering plants rely on pollinators,
according to Bee Better Manitoba, a group of like-
minded organizations that have joined forces to
inspire and empower Manitobans to protect,
conserve and create pollinator-friendly habitat at
home and in their communities.

insect-pollinated activity, so bees and other insects
that pollinate plants are critical to the production of
