There are many home styles to choose from in Oak Bluff West, but residents of this popular and growing community all have at least one thing in common — expansive lots with plenty of room for both a dream home and a large outdoor space. The Qualico Communities development is located just outside Winnipeg's southwest Perimeter, in Oak Bluff. "The houses on the street are cohesive looking — which not only looks good, but also increases the value and desirability of a neighbourhood. Custom designs and architecture are encouraged, without repetition of the same home plan."
