24 PARADE of HOMES FALL 2023 "It's 32 feet by 24 feet and comes with oversized overhead doors plus an overhead door on its rear wall," he says. "It's perfect for bringing your boat in to store it for the winter." The home's extraordinary design con- tinues inside, where you're greeted graciously by a spacious, naturally bright main living area filled with rich, luxurious finishes. "Ceiling height is 11 feet in the foyer and great room, and nine feet in the kitchen and eating area," Dudeck notes. "A huge window on the great room's rear wall and an extra-wide slid- ing patio door behind the eating area combine to allow tons of natural light to come inside and fill the entire area." Add an ultra-navigable layout and rich, well-spotted finishes to the design mix and you have a main living area that's a delight to spend time in, no matter whether you're relaxing, cooking or entertaining. "With its L-shaped island, the kitchen lends itself well to entertaining," he says. "Not only that, but it also offers an impressive amount of cabinet and counter space. The grey tile backsplash looks incredible, and just look at the size of the pantry. It even comes with a window to add more natural light." Loewen says the great room and eat- ing area are special spaces, too. "The entertainment unit in the great room is spectacular with its grey tile feature wall and linear electric fireplace. It's ideal for visiting with company after dinner," he says. "The patio door behind the eating area not only leads out to a large backyard deck, but there's a bonus — there are no neighbours to the rear, and there never will be." Finally, there's the Osprey's bedroom wing, which starts off with a handy main floor laundry room. There's also two good-sized secondary bedrooms — and its crown jewel, a thoughtfully designed primary bed- room, adds Loewen. "It's tucked away beautifully, which makes for a very private area. You come in through a short hallway with a large walk-in closet to the right, a fea- ture that really isolates the bedroom," he says. "Light streams into it through a huge south-facing window, and it's finished off wonderfully by a gorgeous ensuite with a walk-in shower featuring white herringbone tile surround, vanity with dual sinks and a charcoal/white vinyl tile floor."
