Loewen says the great room and eat- ing area are special spaces, too. "The entertainment unit in the great room is spectacular with its grey tile feature wall and linear electric fireplace. It's ideal for visiting with company after dinner," he says. "The patio door behind the eating area not only leads out to a large backyard deck, but there's a bonus — there are no neighbours to the rear, and there never will be."
