34 PARADE of HOMES FALL 2023 Randall Homes While the company continues to grow, it's important to maintain that familiar family feeling. "When you hear the words Randall Homes in Winnipeg's building indus- try, people know the name. It's an identity," Jason says. "Randall Homes always has a unique design, with larger windows in our homes and a focus on functionality. The other thing that's always been key is the people behind the scenes and, of course, the customers." With a lifetime of experience, Jason enjoys his hands-on role in the house-building industry. "I love doing what I do so I've never considered this a job. I've been raised in this industry all the way through, and I've done this my whole life," he says. "In this office, we're a close-knit family, and I think the pandemic brought us even closer." Over the years, the company has branched out into other aspects of the building industry, including condo projects, side-by-sides, back lane projects and other unique home designs. They also launched an- other division called Avanti Custom Homes, which is celebrating its 10th anniversary in 2024. Throughout all the stages of the company's growth, Jason always feels a sense of excitement whenever a family decides to make their new home purchase a Randall Home. "It's in my DNA from my father," he says. "It's something I love to do." 7 STONE HEARTH LANE Oak Bluff West A-2076 — 2,076 sq. ft. 416 GRANDE POINTE MEADOWS BOULEVARD Grande Pointe Meadows The Oakwood — 1,870 sq. ft.
