Beautifully planned from the inside out, townhome communities are
emerging as some of the most desirable places to live, whether buyers
are seeking a starter home or seniors are looking for a little more ease
and a little less maintenance.
he 2024 Spring Parade of
Homes is hosting some
outstanding properties.
"We are excited to have two new
townhomes for the Spring Parade

First up, Lynx Gate features
two-storey, three-bedroom,
2.5-bathroom townhomes with a

second floor. The townhomes
measure 1,325 square feet. The
