Located just beyond city limits in the RM of Ritchot, Grande

"North Grassie Properties has been developing in the city of
Winnipeg for 40-plus years. This was our first opportunity to
build something outside of the Perimeter," says Todd Avison,
marketing co-ordinator.
"The whole idea was to have larger lot housing but not like an
acreage — something in between being in the city and being
out in the country, kind of a hybrid. We like to tell people it's '10
minutes from the city, 10 steps out into the country.' The vibe
that we're going for is a little bit more space, a little bit more
peacefulness, but not too far away from amenities."
