spans over 80 acres and is close

Currently in phase two of four, River
Springs Grove will be a community
of more than 250 homes featuring

"River Springs Grove is a
neighbourhood designed around
nature," explains Matt Glavin,
land development manager
for Terracon Development Ltd.
"Preservation of the existing
large old-growth oak trees was
paramount, and through creative
efforts, we were able to preserve
close to 80 per cent of the large
old-growth oak trees in the
neighbourhood."
Upon completion, River Springs
Grove will feature 11 acres of
dedicated green space, four
acres of protected forest and the
natural beauty of a meandering
pathway system. The pathways
will not only facilitate active
lifestyles but also link residents
to surrounding neighbourhoods
and the amenities of West St. Paul.
It will also feature a beautiful rest
area along the trail system at the
corner of Masters Avenue and
Main Street and a centrally located
play structure.
