116 PARADE of HOMES FALL 2024 Maric Homes 1973, Steve and Cathie Maric founded Maric Homes and embarked on their first project by building a "spec home" on Wallace Avenue in East St. Paul. Drawing on Steve's expertise as a cabinet-maker, they aimed to create a beautiful, well-constructed, thoughtfully designed home for a growing family. This early vision evolved into a mission: to build and design the best homes in Manitoba. Over two generations and more than 50 years, Maric Homes has designed and built spectacular homes, additions, renovations and cottages for families across Manitoba.
