Developers hope to attract a similarly diverse
group of home buyers and renters to Tuxedo Point,
a 13-acre property just west of the new Ikea and
Cabela's stores.

at 775 Sterling Lyon Parkway.
Phase III of Oxbow on the Seine is also underway and show suites will be open at
110 Creek Bend Rd.
Prices in Phase III range from $221,900 to
$430,500 and include heated indoor parking, concrete construction and high-end
finishes.
"We've found that a lot of the people who
are purchasing at Oxbow are retired or
downsizing, but there are quite a few people who are young professionals who are
trading up to a nicer place or who are firsttime home buyers," van Rooy says.
