Homes is also one of the custom builders for Pritchard
Farm Southlands Village, at the opposite end of the city
in East St. Paul, where the company has recently sold
homes with high-end finishes, walk-out lower levels
and scenic views in the $600,000 range.
At the low end of the price range, one-bedroom condos in the company's Allure Condos Winnipeg in St.
Norbert will start at $209,000.
Koop says the four-story 73-unit Allure Condos will be
located at 3411 Pembina Hwy., but the display centre
is at 3485 Pembina Hwy. during construction. The Allure will have heated underground parking, a common
family room and fitness room, with five appliances and
finishes that include granite or quartz countertops.
For those who live and work downtown, converted warehouses in the
Exchange District are a funky blend of historic features and modern
conveniences.
StreetSide Development Corp., has a Parade of Homes show suite at
101 - 110 James Ave., and it's now selling condos at 132 James Ave. —
with prices as low as $131,000 including GST.
