ttracting new employees used to be a relatively
simple task for employers looking to fill an
existing or newly created position.
All they had to do was hang up a 'help wanted' sign or
purchase a career advertisement in their local newspaper
and then sit back and wait for a flood of resumés to
begin flowing in.
