4 THE EXCHANGE S H O P P i n G ExCHAnGE MEnSWEAR BOuTiquES A dESTinATiOn FOR ExCluSiVE SPRinG/ SuMMER STylES By Julijana Capone w hether your style is showy and street- inspired or traditional and laid-back, the looks spilling out of area boutiques for spring/summer 2014 are perfect for the guy who wants to keep it classic or go all out. Adrian kinnavanthong opened Ordnry in 2012 with friends Jon Blumberg and nick Welch as a means to bring in brands not otherwise found in the city. "We always tried to out-dress each other, buy the most exclusive things, and look good all the time," kinnavanthong said. "We wanted to provide an outlet for other guys in the city to access the clothes that other stores couldn't provide." And they've definitely managed to do that. Australian men's-only label Zanerobe is exclusively found at Ordnry, and it's also behind one of kinnavanthong's favourite trends: the jogger trouser. A twist on the sweat pant silhouette with a drawstring waistband and elastic cuffs at the ankles, the pants have all the comfort of a sweat pant with the style of a trouser. The store also carries an array of styles for denim aficionados, from the dark and raw to the light and distressed. Oh, and remember acid wash? Well that's back, too. Model Younes rakhshani shows off a utilitarian PuBlish jacket froM ordnrY and green ankle Boots ('the carver') froM jose & MarkhaM. STORy COnTinuEd On PG 6
