There is something for everyone to enjoy with our local entertainers showcasing the traditional royal performances, folk dances with traditional instruments and the display of the African Spirit dance. Performers from The Brady Academy will dazzle you with their award- winning Riverdance-style footwork and choreography. You will be tapping your feet along with Celtic fiddlers and drummers during our Ceilidh-Irish Kitchen Party. Fancy a bite? Complete your Irish cultural adventure with a comforting selection of pub grub and a hot Irish Coffee, or a premium single malt Irish whiskey. Sample our cuisine and be entertained by our local dance ensemble Croatian Dawn "Hrvatska Zora." Choose from our traditional home-cooked meals, which include cevapcici (ground mixed meat rolls), raznjici (pork kabobs) and sarma (meat cabbage rolls), along with our specials. Cleanse your palate with our wide selection of home-baked pastries. Raise a glass of ouzo to the Kefi Greek Folk Dancers of Manitoba. Savour the flavours of Greece with the scent of souvlaki on the grill, and finish your meal with a plate of honey-drenched loukoumades. Take in the craftsmanship of specialty jewellery and home décor, as well as books and other cultural items brought in just for our pavilion. Experience the vibrancy and energy of Greek island life. Priding ourselves as being one of the world's most hospitable people, we invite you to experience Hungary's unique offerings on your world tour. Come with an appetite and partake in an array of this nation's distinct (and paprika-infused) authentic Hungarian fare including gulyas, delicious tortes and our pavilion's fan favourite – langos. Taste our imported red and white dessert wines, including Tokai Aszu, or perhaps a golden pear liqueur. Then sit back and enjoy our exciting entertainment, courtesy of the Kapisztran Folk Ensemble, a local performing group known for their quick footwork and dynamic choreography. Start with a trip to our delicious buffet for a plate of butter chicken, tandoori chicken, or for a vegetarian option try our famous chickpea curry, mixed vegetables, naan, samosas, select desserts and other delicacies. Guaranteed to make your taste buds dance! No trip to the India Pavilion is complete without a trip to the bar! Pair your meal with the distinct taste of Old Monk Rum or a refreshing Kingfisher Beer. Riveting performances by Mardi Gras Indians from New Orleans and the young students from Winnipeg's Aboriginal School of Dance will entertain the crowd while also providing a taste of the rich culture and history of the First Nations people. Discover the similarities and differences between the regalia design of Manitoba First Nations and that of the Mardi Gras Indians from Louisiana. Round out your experience by trying our delicious Indian tacos, Jambalaya, fry bread and a very berry dessert called Wojapi. #13 Korean Pavilion J.b. mitchell school, 1720 John brebeuf Pl. show times: Sun.-Sat. – 6:45, 8:15, 9:45 p.m. hours: Sun.-Sat. – 6-11 p.m. Join us to experience the culture and beauty of Korea. Enjoy our breathtaking fan dance, amazing drum dance and explosive martial arts demonstration. Take part in a traditional Korean art form and get your name written in beautiful calligraphy. Visit our cultural display to learn about Korean pottery, clothes and fans.
