Sit back and enjoy as our performers, dressed in stunning folk clothes, take you on a journey through a variety of folk dances from the Philippines, with intricate choreography and directed by Sheila Bughao. Dine like Filipinos and try pancit (noodles) or lumpia (fried eggrolls), and indulge in our signature barbecued pork skewers. Complete your meal with a San Miguel beer or refreshing coconut juice. With its unique culture, language, food and attire, Punjab is distinct from the other states of India. Taste our traditional Punjabi cuisine including saag (spinach), chana masala (chick peas), Punjabi chicken masala curry with naan bread and kadhi (Punjabi vegetarian curry made with yogurt) and pakora with rice. Try a Kingfisher or Cheetah beer or one of our imported spirits including McDowell's No. 1, Amrut, Old Monk and Old Port Rum. Visit our cultural display area to get a henna tattoo, learn bhangra, gidha (dances) and how to wear Punjabi traditional attire. Our artistic show features talented performers from Winnipeg. We proudly present our youth and adult performers who will bring alive the beautiful dances and traditions from all regions of Romania. Our cultural display will feature interesting and surprising facts about Romania. This year we will offer you 100 per cent authentic Romanian food, prepared with love and care by our own professional chef. You will have the opportunity to taste our famous Chicken Dracula with a generous side of garlic dip, delicious sausage and beans, cabbage a la Cluj, vegetarian meals and tasty side dishes, including polenta with cheese and sour cream, Dracula's ears, traditional desserts, coffee and herbal teas.
