All three homes promise to be spectacu- lar, with contemporary design features, Milne said. "The walkout bungalow in Sage Creek will be unlike anything people have seen before. It will not only have a walkout basement, but will also have a loft above the great room that overlooks the lake. It's a unique feature that will provide ex- tra space, something I think will appeal to empty-nesters." The vaulted bi-level home in Sage Creek figures to be equally impressive, he added. "For $500,000 — that's all-in — you're going to get a functional, spacious home filled with a host of rich finishings, plus a 29-foot detached garage. It's going to of- fer great style, function and value." Last but not least is a 1,630-square-foot, two-bedroom walkout bungalow with developed lower level in Bridgwater Lakes that will be outfitted with a front entry three-car garage. "It's something buyers in Bridgwater have wanted for a while now," said Milne. "It's an efficient, attractive home that fea- tures whitewashed oak hardwoods and HanStone countertops, a product that has a look that falls between granite and quartz. "The home will also feature a bever- age centre off the great room and a screened-in covered deck and 12-foot wet bar downstairs. I think people will be very excited by the functionality, and the imaginative design."
