In a groundbreaking collaborative agreement between the city of Winni- peg and Waterford Green's developer, terrascape Ltd., engineering design has commenced to twin Keewatin Street/ Dr. Jose rizal Way from Inkster boulevard to the north of Jefferson Avenue. plans call for the four-lane boulevard street to be completed in the summer of 2015.
