"Over the past 15 to 20 years, we've been a lot more involved in market- ing Gino's Homes. We've been more involved in the design process. When it was a one-man show, it was a lot harder to get involved in that aspect of the company." the brothers have remarkably close ties to the home construction in- dustry in Winnipeg. their sister Dominica Vassallo owns KDr Homes with her husband, Diego Vassallo. cousins Frank and Vince Spezzano followed their father into the family business at A&S Homes, and their cousins Frank, tony, enzo and Gino cotroneo founded Artista Homes. I come to the office every single day and I get to see my family grow my company. It's the best thing in the world,' " robert says. "He always tells us, 'this is our company. this is our legacy, so let's make sure we take care of every single customer and build them a beautiful home.' " And that's exactly what the brothers do, as is evi- dent in their impressive list of six Fall parade of Homes entries, including two show homes in bridg- water Lakes. there's a stunning lake walkout at 136 Lake bend rd. valued in the $800,000 to $900,000 range, plus lot, as well as a lane lot at 55 Appleford Gate for $300,000 before the lot. At South pointe, a well-appointed 2,600-square-foot bungalow at 24 Wa- terstone Dr. boasts 220° views and features a finished basement and loft. In Sage creek, a three-bedroom bungalow is on display at 21 east plains Dr., and in the Waterford Green area, a two-storey home at 14 Heron- sworth backs onto a park. there's also a great option in Amber trails for multi-generation families at Gino's five-bedroom two-storey house at 104 massalia Dr. "Our goal is to always build the best house out there and make sure that we have the best value for our customers' money. that's the most impor- tant thing," robert says. "We will custom design and build anything our customers want. It's not just the colour and material, but it's everything — the design, the layout, anything that could make the house better for your family. that's what Gino's Homes is about. We design each and every house for every single customer." "My father is so proud. He doesn't go on vacation. He says, 'Boys, this is my vacation.
