Upon entering each home, you must take off your street shoes in order to tour. Given that some neighbourhoods have more than 10 homes open for viewing, a comfortable walking shoe that slips on and off easily is ideal. • plan to visit shoW homes on Weekdays: The crowds are smaller and the agents will have more time to answer your questions — and as a bonus, you'll be able to collect stamps from each builder to enter the Parade Passport contest. Many subdivisions are in close proximity to each other and it's easy to see a number of them during one tour. • don't forget the one-offs: Enjoy the variety in subdivisions with multiple homes, but don't miss the hidden gems in neighbourhoods that have only one Parade listing. • have fun: You can visit as many show homes as you like, as often as you like.
