Mike Moore, president of the Manitoba Home Builders' Association, says the contest is aimed at increasing weekday show home visits. "A lot of people tend to plan more for weekend visits, and we thought it would be a good idea to bring people out during the week too." Show homes are less crowded on weekdays, which means you'll have more time to talk to the agents about special features. "That's when I do all my Parade visiting. You'll see me out there almost every day Monday to Thursday," Moore says. To enter the Parade Passport contest, pull out the passport inserted in the pages of this magazine and collect 10 passport stamps from builders at show homes you visit. Then drop off your contest entry at any Steinbach Credit Union branch, The Winnipeg Free Press or the MHBA office at 1 - 140 Clarence Ave., Winnipeg, Man., R3T 1T6.
