Susannah clark, who bought a randall homes show home in river Park
South two years ago.
"We're not very handy, so it was easier to buy a new home where every-
thing was done for us already," Susannah says.
"It's nice and bright with huge windows and a nice layout. It's a two-
storey great room plan, and I really like the openness of it. for anyone
who comes in, they all love the layout and the design. Everyone says it
feels like home. They all feel welcome when they walk in."
