This year, 59 grade 12 students (the largest class to graduate from NHCN) graduated from Helen Betty Osborne Ininiw Education Resource Centre, and 30 post-secondary, diploma, certificate program and trades graduates. We are very proud of each and every one of you and your achievements, the diversity of your interests, talents and aspirations. Your contributions to our community will be tremendous now and into the future. As graduates, you have acquired an abundance of knowledge and skills that will assist you in your career, your continued education, your personal life and in contributing to NHCN. This foundation is critical to your future, and is just that beginning of what you will learn in your life journey. Graduation is a significant milestone in life and is a time of reflection both on the past, and what you have accomplished, and the future and what you will continue to achieve. It is also a time to reflect on the guidance and support that you have received from your family, friends, teachers, guidance Councillors and community which has contributed to your success. NHCN Council and I would like to thank each and every individual that has supported you through your educational journey. NHCN Council and I also commend you for your commitment, dedication and focus which you have clearly demonstrated in the pursuit of your education. These characteristics and the skills you have learned will provide you with the necessary tools to continue in your success. Today is the beginning of a new journey, and the marking of a new direction in your life. Whichever direction you chose, follow your heart and your dreams for they will lead you on the path to success. Once again, Congratulations! May God continue to bless and guide you as your embark on the next chapter of your life. Chief Ron Evans conGrAtuLAtions to norwAy house cree nAtion GrAduAtes!
