In college, Stanley Bryant was a two-year
starter at left tackle for East Carolina and
helped the Pirates to the Conference USA
championship in 2008. He transferred
from Elizabeth City State to East Carolina
as a walk-on.
Bryant played five seasons for the
Calgary Stampeders, from 2010
to 2014, before signing with the
Blue Bombers as a free agent in
February 2015. He played and
started 66 games over five years,
along with four playoff games
and a pair of Grey Cups. A two-
time all-star, he started 33 of
Calgary's 36 games across
2013-2014.
Bryant spent the 2014
season as a regular
starter on the offensive
line with Grey Cup
champion Calgary.
He was named to the
West and CFL All-Star
teams for the second
straight season.
