It was built in 1914 with local limestone to the architectural designs of Francis Conroy Sullivan, one of Canada's pioneer practitioners of this style, who had studied with Frank Lloyd Wright. It was used as a post office until 1978. Teulon The town is known as the "Gateway to the Interlake." The Teulon and District Museum includes a log house, doll house, caboose, two schoolhouses, small church, machine shed, old shoe shop, 1918 Model T car and the Dr. Hunter home.
