>> A year ago when realtor Adam Virgilio took up his post at an a&S Homes
show home in Waterford green, no one was living in the northwest Winnipeg
neighbourhood. Today, the excitement is evident in Virgilio's voice as he de-
scribes how the development has since come alive with families moving into
their new homes.
"Phase i of Waterford green has been very successful; it sold very quickly," says
the new-home sales expert.
"a lot of the people moving in were born and raised in the northwest part of
the city or recently lived in the area. Waterford green is an expansion point
from the older northwest Winnipeg neighbourhoods and it has all blended
nicely together."
Lombard North group, Terrascape Developments Ltd. and Manitoba Housing
collaborated to present the project nestled between King edward Street and
Dr. Jose Rizal Way, with Commonwealth Path to the south.
