Sante Fe Developments is offering two duplex models with attached

Dale Penner, Qualico sales manager for single family homes, says the
ability to choose a lake lot, standard lot or side-by-side lot offers buyers
a variety of choices in the northwest Winnipeg neighbourhoods.
