Parade of Homes FALL 2015 115 a&S Homes' Park City Condos offers well- appointed three-storey units in good old Transcona, with private balconies, master ensuites and walk-in closets and in-suite laundry and storage. StreetSide Develop- ments' golden gate estates in St. James features 44 bun- galow-style and four two-storey townhomes built on the site of the old Silver Heights Collegiate on Lodge Street, and they're proving to be popular. "The response has been overwhelming," says Royal LePage alliance's Jennifer gulay. "People love the fact that the bungalow units give you much the same space and features as single-family homes." The bungalows are compact at about 1,080 square feet, and come in two different models, The Rita, and The Bruce. Features include two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a full basement, along with finishes such as quartz counter- tops and Contempra cabinets in nine colours, says gulay. "each unit will come with its own (18-by-25-foot) yard, and two-storey units will be 2,050 square feet with three bedrooms, a double garage and two-and-a-half baths." along with condos in the exchange District and St. Boniface, StreetSide is offering two apart- ment-style developments in Bridgwater For- est. The Mix Condominiums range from 1,016 - 1,856 square feet, with private balconies and even private yards for main-floor units. The Mix and Bridgwater Forest Condominiums will be featured during the Fall Parade of Homes, along with StreetSide's Bluestem Condos in Sage Creek.
