"The response has been overwhelming,"
says Royal LePage alliance's Jennifer gulay.
"People love the fact that the bungalow
units give you much the same space and
features as single-family homes."
The bungalows are compact at about 1,080
square feet, and come in two different models,
The Rita, and The Bruce. Features include two
bedrooms, two bathrooms and a full basement,
along with finishes such as quartz counter-
tops and Contempra cabinets in nine colours,
says gulay.
"each unit will come with its own (18-by-25-foot)
yard, and two-storey units will be 2,050 square
feet with three bedrooms, a double garage and
two-and-a-half baths."

St. Boniface, StreetSide is offering two apart-
ment-style developments in Bridgwater For-
est. The Mix Condominiums range from 1,016
- 1,856 square feet, with private balconies and
even private yards for main-floor units. The Mix
and Bridgwater Forest Condominiums will be
featured during the Fall Parade of Homes, along
with StreetSide's Bluestem Condos in Sage Creek.
