"And therefore a lot of people are looking at
new homes as an option because they know
that, yes, they may have used their maximum
credit, but they're not going to have to fix
anything for a number of years and by that
time they'll have paid down some of their
mortgage. And of course, assuming they
continue to move along in their career, they
will have increased their credit limit, too. So
a number of people I know are looking at
that and saying, 'Perhaps I'd like a starter new
home as an option.' "
