VIP World Tour $ 69.95 The Ukrainian Labour Temple (PHS) is the first and largest Ukrainian labour temple in Canada. Financed by donations and built by volunteers, it was constructed in 1918-19 to a Neo- Classical design by Robert E. Davies of Winnipeg. It includes an auditorium, a 1,000-seat balcony, classrooms, library, offices and print shop. Visit the national headquarters for the Workers Benevolent Association – established here in 1922.
