As we contemplate the first magical full season of NHL hockey on Portage Avenue, as the cheers of the packed MTS Centre reverberate across the league and around the hockey world, as Winnipeg takes its rightful place back in the big leagues of professional sport, we take this opportunity to look back on the season that was. In our second chance at love, the honeymoon has just ended but the marriage between Winnipeg and its Jets appears strong and moving forward.
