"For me, it's all about the magic. When they go into the fitting rooms, they're just wearing their regular clothes. Then they come out and I can tell you that my jaw still drops," she says. "It's like a transformation. They definitely have a glow. They look just amazing, and that's what keeps me going." Whether she's helping a bride, bridesmaid or grad at her Academy Road shop, De Luca treasures the connections she makes during the most memorable moments of their lives. "I love my dresses, but more importantly, I love people," she says. "I've been doing this long enough now that my brides' children are coming is as grad girls and bridesmaids and brides.
