"We can work around the client's sched- ule, according to their convenience and according to their timeline," Manak says. "If they're off work at 6 p.m. and they want to meet me in the evening, that can be arranged. It's no problem. They don't have to take a day off work just to meet with us." Ever since I start- ed working in the trades, I have always wanted to build homes for people," Manak says.
