With an average employment rate of over 80% within six months of graduating, MITT students are well prepared for the workforce with practical, hands-on training. And while that's a great story, it's actually only the beginning. With industry-focused education from MITT, there really is no limit to where it can take you. COLLEGIAL COLLABORATION MITT Partners with Post-Secondary Peers P artnering with industry to develop job-ready professionals for Manitoba's workforce is only part of what MITT has to offer. To help students intent on continuing their post-secondary journey after graduation, MITT has developed relationships with peer colleges and universities in the province (such as Red River College, The University of Winnipeg, and Assiniboine Community College) that ensure MITT courses are recognized as pre-requisites for continued advanced learning opportunities they offer. These relationships, formalized through the signing of Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) documents, remove barriers that might otherwise cause students to veer from their pathway to success. When industry engages our students with on-the-job experience they really see what our students have to offer. Our students, in turn, head into a career with better knowledge of what it actually involves."
