new home warranty coverage

can sometimes be an overwhelming experience.
Not only do you have to choose the right location at
the right price; you must also decide on everything
from flooring and cabinets to paint colours and
landscaping.
While there is no way to make the process completely
stress-free, there is a simple way to ensure your
investment is protected — with a new home warranty.
All builder members of the Manitoba Home Builders'
Association (MHBA) must provide warranty coverage
on any new home they construct.
ALL BUILDER MEMBERS OF THE
MANITOBA HOME BUILDERS'
ASSOCIATION (MHBA) MUST
PROVIDE WARRANTY COVERAGE ON
ANY NEW HOME THEY CONSTRUCT.
