The actual construction is old hat for veteran
builders like Frank Cotroneo, co-owner of Artista
Homes. There's no magic in pouring concrete,
framing up the second storey or running wires from the
electrical box all over the house.
The secret sauce, however, is in the design.
"We try to have some elements that speak to people
and represent some out-of-the-box thinking. People take
notice of things like that. It's not easy to achieve but it
attracts people to (the homes)," Cotroneo says.
