Luxurious master suites,
expansive entertainment
spaces and the kitchens of
every home cook's dreams
— they're among the star
attractions that draw crowds
to show homes during the
Manitoba Home Builders'
Association's Parade of
Homes each spring and fall.
But while there may be a greater
variety of show homes on display
during the Parades, with extended
hours that make it convenient
to plan visits to multiple homes
in neighbourhoods throughout
Winnipeg and southern Manitoba,
there's no need to restrict tours
to specific months. Show homes
are open year-round, and you can
visit multiple show homes in new
neighbourhoods, where locations
are clearly marked along roadways.
Most show homes are
open at specified hours on
weekdays and weekends,
and they're also available for
viewing by appointment.
Whether you're planning to buy
a new home in the near future,
or you're just looking for fresh
inspiration in design and decor,
the welcome mat is always out.
Check out the latest energy-
efficient technologies, see how
designers are making creative
use of space and materials, and
take the opportunity to get a
first-hand look at how on-trend
paint colours, cabinetry, bathroom
fixtures, flooring and appliances
look in completed rooms.
If a particular show home or builder
sparks your interest, call or visit
the company website to find show
home hours and locations any time.
Visit the Manitoba Home
Builders' Association website
at www.homebuilders.mb.ca to
find a complete list of member
builders and plan your own
private parade of homes.
