Irwin Homes also has an exciting new condo project on
the go in the East Kildonan area — Bloom & Timber on
Molson Street.
"The complex is in a beautiful spot, a nice tract of land
overlooking the Chief Peguis Greenway, which features
gorgeous park space and reserve land," says sales
representative Mark Penner. "We expect it to appeal to a
broad cross-section of buyers."
The first four-storey building in the four-phase, 187-unit
development will be comprised of 48 suites, ranging from
about 800 square feet for one-bedroom floor plans up to
1,360 square feet for two-bedroom, two-bath units.
"There won't be any upgrades, as suites will
be high-end right off the bat, with quartz
countertops, luxury vinyl plank flooring, LED disc
lights, soft-close cabinetry, all appliances and
underground parking," Penner says.
"Phase II will feature a gym, common room,
physio room and two lounge areas. All suites will
have bright, functional open-concept layouts with
big windows and huge patio doors leading out to
14-foot wide balconies."
Condo construction doesn't show any sign of
slowing down.

Fazekas says that while almost all of Randall's
Lakeside Estates bungalow condominiums in Oak
Bluff West sold out in record time, the company
may offer a similar option in the neighbourhood
in the near future.
