A FASHIONABLY FABRICATED BED
“Upholstered beds continue to be a popular choice,” Magee says. “But the styles have evolved to include a mixture of materials, such as upholstery together with wood accents and tones.” Dufresne’s most popular beds easily transition between modern and rustic styles, he says. “Styles are modern but blend in with pieces you already have.” Soft upholstery with curvy, rounded shapes continues to be a popular option, while additional functionality like hidden storage, bookcase headboards and built-in lights are important features.
